A Luxury Nail Affair: Paint Nail Bar

Let’s face it, ladies it’s been a long week. From the looming deadlines at work, dropping the kids off and picking them up from school and then taking them to their multiple activities, and I can’t forget grocery shopping and grabbing that perfect turkey, after all, Thanksgiving is right around the corner. How do you manage to keep it together?

Find Your Fire At SculptHouse

Balancing my passion for food and wine and a realistic daily caloric intake can be somewhat challenging. Who the hell am I kidding, it can be INCREDIBLY difficult. One more than one occasion, I have politely asked the universe for a miracle pill that will make the calories magically disappear. But haven't we all? Luckily, I've always been a person who loves to exercise. Well, maybe love is a strong word, but I do find it therapeutic.

RH Nashville, The Gallery Of Green Hills

If you were remotely close to the Green Hills area on Thursday evening, perhaps you heard the beats of the swanky New York DJ, the clinking of frosé glasses or the swoons from the crowds. 1500 of Nashville's finest gathered to celebrate the grand opening of RH Nashville, The Gallery of Green Hills.  As someone who has watched this structure being built over the last several months, I was eager to see the finished product. It's nothing short of MAGNIFICENT.

Swan Ball

The Swan Ball is by far one of my favorite events of the year. While this is a departure from my normal content, I received so many questions about the event and the preparation involved, that I thought it would be fun to do a post strictly dedicated to the event, as it merits such.

Recharge and Refocus

Buongiorno amici! Some of you may have been wondering where I have been. No, I have not fallen victim to a food coma nor did I fall out of the blogosphere. Over the next couple of weeks, I plan on sharing all of the juicy details of my adventures through Puglia, the southern region of Italy forming the "heel" of Italy's "boot" as well as my escapades through the canals of Venice. By far a trip of a lifetime.

National Rosé Day!

In honor of National Rosé Day, I wanted to share with you all one of my all-time favorite rosés, Whispering Angel.  I had the opportunity to visit Chateau D'Escalans when I was in Provence, France a few summers ago and was blown away with their winery. Chateau D'Escalans produces four different rosé wines: Whispering Angel, Rock Angel, Les Clans, and Garrus. While I had a chance to sample all four variations, Whispering Angel still came out on top.

Blondes, Beauty and Wellness: free people

This blonde is one happy chick!  I was one of the few Nashvillians previewing the beauty and wellness line launched by Free People.   Being a total product junkie, I couldn't wait to see what they had to offer.  The event was hosted at the Urban Cowboy Bed and Breakfast, located in East Nashville. Even if you are a local, this is a must.  The charm and decor of this space are unreal. They have done a fantastic job!
