Blonde Voyage's Featured Favorites | August 2023
Is it me, or was August an absolute whirlwind? I know many of you were getting your kids ready for “back to school” and secretly celebrating reclaiming your days for yourself. Looking back, I spent most of the month packing and repacking my suitcase. If I were to guess, I clocked more hours at the airport and in the sky than in Nashville.

Blonde Voyage's Featured Favorites | July 2023
When I think I’ve experienced some of the most oppressive heat in the history of Nashville, the universe says, “Hold my beer,” and cranks it up about ten degrees.

Blonde Voyage's Featured Favorites | June 2023 Edition
Is it me, or is everyone else in disbelief that it’s already July and the year is more than half over? As they say, time really flies when you work every damn day!

Atlanta | Join Me At Kimball House
Whenever I travel, there’s nothing I love more than seeking out the local establishments that exude the character and charm of the city.
For my fellow Nashvillians, this was Arnolds’s Country Kitchen. It was not simply a meat and three, but rather a restaurant rich with tradition, incredible hospitality, and some of the best damn food I’ve ever eaten.
Nashville | First Look At Ophelia's
It's officially that time of year again when I scroll through Instagram and think, "You're on vacation….again?" While my feed is filled with friends sipping on Aperol Spritzes, wandering through cobblestone streets, and learning to make the perfect pasta, I've discovered a little taste of Italy a little closer to home at Ophelia's Pizza + Bar.

Nashville | First Look at Kisser
Recently, I was out to lunch with one of my dear friends who loves food almost as much as I do, when she raised quite the polarizing question: “ What’s been your best meal at a new Nashville restaurant?”

Chicago | Let Your Tongue Decide- The Dining Room At Moody Tongue
Unsurprisingly, culinary travel has increased in popularity over the last few years. After all, I’ve been saying food is an excellent reason to travel. No matter the destination, I try to keep an eye out for unusual foods or drinks that genuinely speak to me.

Nashville | First Look at Noko
I’m curious, how many of you dine at a new restaurant on opening weekend?
For those food enthusiasts like myself, there seems to be a feverish race to be the first to dine at the newest or latest restaurant in Nashville. Perhaps my competitive nature and curiosity get the better of me, but let’s face it, if you aren’t the first to showcase something on social media, you might as well not even show up.

Franklin | Relish The Flavors Of The Season At Sojourner
If you’ve wanted to check out Southall Farm & Inn without paying the hefty price tag of a two-night stay, I’ve got some great news! They are now inviting locals to experience its luxury amenities, including one of their four dining options, Sojourner.

Franklin | Savor The Sweetness Of Southall
As a food enthusiast, I always watch for unique culinary experiences throughout middle Tennessee. Wine tastings, cheese pairings, cooking classes, you name it, and I’m there. One day while scrolling through Instagram, I happened upon quite the event: a honey tasting at Southall Farm’s jammery. While I had no idea exactly what honey tasting entailed, I knew it was something that I had to try.

Nashville | Doughbird Now Open!
It's a well-known fact that there's no shortage of restaurants in Nashville.Except in one area, Green Hills. While the area has flourished in the last few years with the addition of Cava, Chopt, North Italia, and True Food Kitchen, there are also locations like Zoe's Kitchen and Pei Wei closing their doors. As I drove down Hillsboro Road, I noticed that CPK closed (FINALLY) and renovations were being made to the space.

Nashville | Brunch And Bottomless Mimosas At STK Steakhouse
Since Arnold’s Country Kitchen closed earlier this year, I’ve been at a loss for where to eat. Knowing the number of restaurants in Nashville, that may seem ridiculous to many of you, but Arnold’s was my ride-or-die. I’d go there for a cocktail and grab a quick dinner. Still, most importantly, I’d find myself there on many Saturdays praying that the Nashville bachelorettes and downtown tourists had not depleted the 7-Up Pancake supply.

I Spent $500.00 On The Kroma Wellness Reset And This Happened...
Happy new year, everyone! We survived and made it to 2023!
I don’t know about you, but I am thrilled that the holidays are behind us.
Before you start making a face, hear me out. I love spending time with friends and family and celebrating all the things, but the last few months have been absolutely grueling. Who knew that brunches, happy hours, dinner parties, and nights out on the town could be so exhausting?

Happy Birthday, Louis!
When one of your favorite fashion houses decides to celebrate its 200th birthday, you know it’s an event not to be missed. After spending ten months on display in Paris, Singapore, and Los Angeles, the “200 Trunks, 200 Visionaries” exhibit made its final stop in New York City, where it took up residency in the former Barney’s space. The exhibition celebrates the designer’s innovative spirit, iconic trunks, and the fashion house’s 200 birthday.

The Best Dishes Of 2022 | Truffle Edition
It’s hard to believe that in just a few days, we will say goodbye to 2022. It’s been a remarkable year, to say the least. I’m so incredibly grateful that travel has resumed, and I’ve had the opportunity to explore several new areas and revisit a few favorites. Recently, I spent some time scrolling through my photos, reliving some of my favorite moments and dishes from 2022. Trust me; there have been a lot ( and yes, the scale agrees.) If you’re new to Blonde Voyage Nashville, you should know that I am a truffle enthusiast. If it’s on the menu, I am going to order it. The aroma is simply intoxicating; it’s like nothing else you will experience.
Singapore | Odette- A Meal To Remember
Do you keep a list of places you want to travel to or restaurants that you want to visit? They are not necessarily “bucket-list” items per se, although some might consider them as such. Over the years, as I’ve read various food and travel articles, I’ll pull out my notes and capture those locations that I’ve found intriguing. This list runs the gamete with bars, breweries, taco joints, and acclaimed restaurants that I anxiously await to visit.
Rome-ing Around Italy
Hi, Friends!
Courtney, here. Yes, I am still alive, and contrary to what my Instagram account may depict, I have not traded in my day job to become a world traveler….yet! It has been too long since we’ve had a chance to catch up. Between work ( yes, that day job pays the bills!) and my travel schedule, I haven’t had much time to share what’s been going on.

2022 London Restaurant Round-Up
Is it me, or has everyone been bitten by the proverbial travel bug? My Instagram feed is filled with people eating croissants in France, consuming bowl after bowl of pasta in Italy, and sipping on fine Scottish whiskies. It makes me wonder, were people on vacation this much before Instagram and TikTok?

Why Kroma's Wellness Reset Is The Most Effective On The Market
As a child, I thought being an adult was so glamorous. After all, the privileges were endless. Stay up as late as you want, eat anything your heart desires, no school or homework, and did I mention driving? Basically, you had life figured out.

Ready To Go Wine Tasting In The English Countryside?
When you think about wine tasting or touring vineyards, your mind immediately thinks of a Cabernet from Napa, a Chianti from Tuscany, and maybe even a Malbec from Mendoza. But it goes without saying, English wines aren’t something that tend to end up on your radar. Admittedly, I knew very little about English wines before my trip, but I was curious as to why English wines are rising in popularity.
There's something about Amsterdam that just begs for a slow afternoon/evening and a good glass of wine. Between the flickering candlelight, crooked canal houses, and tucked away corners, the city is full of cozy wine bars that make you want to put your phone on "Do Not Disturb" and linger for hours
