I had the opportunity to visit Chateau D'Escalans when I was in Provence, France a few summers ago and was blown away with their winery. Chateau D'Escalans produces four different rosé wines: Whispering Angel, Rock Angel, Les Clans, and Garrus. While I had a chance to sample all four variations, Whispering Angel still came out on top.
