My Newest Fitness Addiction: Cyclebar
As soon as a new workout studio makes it way to Nashville, I am usually one of the first people through the door and Cyclebar was no different. I threw caution to the wind, signed up for a Saturday morning class and hauled my tookus to Franklin

Happy 50th birthday Southern Living!
I can remember being a little girl and seeing Southern Living sitting on the coffee table or in the kitchen at both my mom and grandma's house. It truly is a guide on living in the south. Whether it's a new coffee cake recipe or learning how to stretch your green thumb into the fall months, this publication has it all.

When Bajo Sexto and Chef Kaelin Ulrich Trilling announced the Del Mercado menu, I was anxiously awaiting my visit. Del Mercado (meaning “from the market”) is an ingredient-driven series of special menus and dishes available during the late summer produce.

Tucked away on a side street in Florence, Brac is one of those can’t miss places. I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical when it came to vegetarian food. I am SUCH a steak and cab kinda girl, but I was BLOWN AWAY. Brac is certainly one of those venues that could be considered the “third space.” Brac is a restaurant, library, art gallery and coffee house all rolled into one small quaint space.

Well known for its innovative and provocative spin on food, the group boasts quite the list of high-caliber restaurants and bars within the Chicago area. Roister was no exception.
Watch Out! Wine on the Loose

EAT.PRAY.MOVE
Perhaps I have watched Under the Tuscan Sun one too many times or maybe it was the fact that I was craving pasta and wine. Regardless, I couldn’t stop thinking about Italy. After endless searching on the internet, I came across Eat.Pray.Move.
Some cities have a way of demanding a second chance. And that was exactly the case with Montreal. My first trip was less city exploration and more an extended exercise in retail recovery, lost luggage will do that to you, which meant the city I’d heard so much about remained largely unvisited.
