Kasbah Tamadot: The Luxury Destination of the Atlas Mountains

Perfectly perched within the Atlas Mountains, Kasbah Tamadot is one of the premier luxury destinations in Morocco. Located about an hour outside of Marrakesh, Kasbah Tamadot overlooks the Ouirgane Valley providing the picturesque views of Mount Toubkal and other neighboring Berber regions around the area. 

Kasbah Tamadot "was the former home of Luciano Tempo, the renown antique dealer, and interior designer. Luciano filled Kasbah Tamadot with a huge range of items- tables, sculptors, ornaments, collected from India, Indonesia, and North Africa." Sir Richard Branson purchased the 28 room hotel from Tempo in 1998. Not only did he procure a palatial estate, but he also inherited a large warehouse filled with treasures Tempo collected.

During my Marrakesh excursion, I had the opportunity to spend some time at Kasbah Tamadot. As I expected, the Kasbah Tamadot held true to Branson's style, epitomizing Moroccan elegance and providing guests with anything their hearts desire.  Below are some these amazing spots throughout the property.  Enjoy!
